From a difficult problem to a usable system.

TrueSight uses computer vision to analyze facial measurements and help generate eyewear designed around an individual user’s geometry. It connects software analysis with digital manufacturing and 3D design.

THE PROBLEM

What had to change

Standard eyewear sizing does not fit every face properly, and custom-fit solutions can be expensive or difficult to access.

THE SOLUTION

How the product responds

The platform derives facial measurements from an image, converts them into design parameters, and supports the generation of customized eyewear models.

TECHNICAL APPROACH

How the system fits together

Computer-vision landmarks establish a measurement system from a user image. Those measurements become parameters for a digital model that can move into an Onshape and fabrication workflow.
